What we make
Live Event Video & Multi-Camera Streaming
Capturing the energy — presenting you at your best.
Live events are high-visibility moments.
A conference that sets direction.
A keynote that lands.
A graduation that marks achievement.
A launch that introduces something new.
A performance that carries cultural meaning.
How those moments are captured shapes how you are seen beyond the room.
At Creation Films, we don’t just record events — we capture them in a way that reflects your standards, supports your wider communication goals, and extends the life of the moment well beyond the stage.
Live, on-demand, or both
We support live event video in multiple ways:
Multi-camera live event filming
Live streaming to remote audiences
Full-length session recordings
Edited highlight films
On-demand access following the event
Whether your audience is in the room, watching live online, or viewing later, the experience should feel cohesive, technically reliable, and professionally delivered.
Built for dynamic environments
Live event video production requires both energy and control. We bring:
Coordinated multi-camera operation
Live direction and vision mixing
Professional audio integration
Slide and media integration
Secure or public streaming delivery
In-house cinema-grade camera systems and production equipment
Our approach is structured and calm — allowing the live event to unfold naturally while we manage the technical demands behind the scenes.
Featured Project
The way of the Raukura | Bruce Mason Centre
We captured and crafted a film version of the live musical The Way of the Raukura at the Bruce Mason Theatre — a powerful stage production telling the story of Parihaka and its enduring significance in Aotearoa.
The project required cultural sensitivity, narrative discipline, and technical precision in a live theatre setting.
Using five matching cinema cameras with professional zoom lenses, we filmed the performance in a way that allows audiences to experience it almost like a television drama — moving between full-stage composition and intimate close-up emotion, and cross-shooting key conversations to support story clarity in the edit.
Segments from the live show:
The Way of the Raukura filmed at the Bruce Mason Centre.
Significant planning took place in pre-production to determine camera placement and narrative focus. In post-production, we shaped the edit carefully to translate the live stage performance into a cohesive film experience. Detailed colour grading refined the final version.
Audio was multi-tracked and remixed by a specialist team, and we worked alongside the wider production crew to ensure the visual capture complemented lighting and stage design.
The resulting film version is now being prepared for limited theatre screenings and curated group showings in schools and churches — extending the reach of the original live event well beyond the stage.
More than the live event itself
A live event doesn’t have to end when the audience leaves.
With thoughtful planning, it can generate content that supports your:
Marketing
Recruitment
Internal communication
Training
Ongoing storytelling
We often capture additional material during a live event so that the content continues working for you long after the performance is over.
Reliable when it matters
Live environments leave little room for error. We bring preparation, experienced crew, and scalable capability to ensure your event runs smoothly from a production perspective — so you can focus on delivering the experience itself.
Experience across a range of live events
Our live event work includes:
Corporate conferences and keynote presentations
College and university graduations with multi-camera filming
Building openings and milestone celebrations
Church conferences featuring live bands and speaker sessions
Let’s make it count.
If you’re planning a conference, graduation, launch, performance, or streamed live event and want multi-camera filming and streaming delivered with clarity and confidence, we’d be happy to talk.
